These waxed rectangle sheet cake trays have been coated with an FDA approved waxed coating on one side to make them grease-resistant. Easily wipe away frosting without stains or grease marks! The wax coating allows these trays to be used several times before tossing. Un-waxed & cake boards marketed as "grease resistant" still show grease from cakes, cookies, and desserts.
