Set of three stainless steel cutters measuring 2 3/4", 3", and 3 1/4". Use these cutters in conjunction with Cupcake and Cookie Texture Tops.
Generously ice cupcake with your favorite icing. Roll fondant approximately 1/16" (2mm) thick. Texutre using Autumn Carpenter Cupcake Texture Tops if desired. Cut circle and place on top of cupcake. If icing has crusted, brush a thin layer of piping gel on to adhere the fondant circle.
The diameter of baked cupcakes may vary according to recipe, amount of batter, and amount of icing used. Three sizes of cutters are included to ensure the circle is large enough to fit a variety of cupcake diameters.
